絲印耐汽油電鍍油墨 

1、塑膠材料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需試印確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷； 
2、在移印過程中，如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可; 
3、環境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質量； 
4、根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗環境下存放。
一,油墨使用技術參考 
印刷油墨是為是為了不具備烘烤條件而又不用外加固化劑而研制的單組份高性能油墨。油墨使用方便，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優異的附著力。具有平光、附著力佳、耐沖壓、耐酒精等特點。 
1.適用范圍:鐵、鋁、合金、玻璃、陶瓷、電鍍、石材、陽極氧化鋁表面及烤（噴）漆面等 
2.稀釋劑:用本公司S-03稀釋劑 
3.固化劑:可添加TA-9154硬化劑10%增加附著力,提高墨膜硬度。 
4.膠刮硬度: 70-80度為宜，另外角度在60-70度為最佳。 
5.網目:適合于100-420網目印刷 
6.用量:用300目網版每公斤約可印30平方米. 
7.干燥方法: TA系列是屬于自然揮發干燥的油墨,墨層表干時間5-10分鐘：實干時間在24小時以內. 
48小時后達到最佳性能 1．或添加TA-9154硬化劑10%可增加附著力,提高墨膜硬度。2．烤箱90℃烘烤20分鐘佳能更優。 
二,測試方法（完全干燥后） 
1、劃百格后用3M膠紙剝離最少3次以上,無掉墨現象. 
2、用浸有純度99%的酒精的棉球，500G力在油墨表面來回擦拭200次無脫色。 
三、油墨使用注意事 
1．試印確認符合要求后再批量生產。 
2．做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質工作，以促進附著效果。 
3．需要套色時，應在前顏色表干或硬干后再進行套色工作。 
4．附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐油性、耐去漬油性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，需要墨層完全固化后方可檢測。 
5．未經允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。 
6.添加固化劑后的使用時限：加入固化劑后的油墨使用時間為4~6小時，環境溫度越高使用時間越短，剩余油墨不可回收。
